Attestation-controlled · Algorithmically enforced

The gate between proof and payment.

Funds cannot move until cryptographic proofs verify every condition has been met. No human override. No exceptions. VERA is managed attestation infrastructure — not software you host yourself.

The problem

Payments move before proof exists.

Every disbursement system in use today releases funds first and reconciles second. VERA inverts that — proof clears before money moves, and the record can't be quietly altered afterward.

How the gate works

Four steps. Nothing skipped, nothing overridden.

The same mechanism, every time, across every vertical: hash, attest, decide, anchor.

01 · Hash

Documents stay yours

Supporting documents never leave your environment. Only SHA-256 hashes are transmitted to VERA.

02 · Attest

Required parties sign

Each approver signs a real cryptographic attestation tied to their own registered key. Quorum rules enforced algorithmically.

03 · Decide

The gate evaluates

A policy engine checks risk, attestations, and thresholds. Produces ALLOW, DENY, or DEFER with a structured reason code.

04 · Anchor

Sealed, permanently

The decision is signed, hash-chained, and anchored to the XRP Ledger mainnet — independently verifiable by anyone.

Where VERA runs today

Six verticals. One gate.

The core mechanism is identical everywhere — only the attestation requirements change.

Construction draws

Inspector and loan-officer attestation before every disbursement, with completion-percentage gating.

Insurance claims

Adjuster approval and policy-rule verification anchored to an immutable claims record.

Vendor payments

Three-way match verification before accounts-payable release.

Refund processing

Original-transaction binding prevents duplicate or fraudulent refund settlement.

Trade finance

Multi-party document quorum aligned to standard letter-of-credit presentation periods.

Healthcare disbursement

Dual-attestation controls built for provider and payer verification workflows.

Not a claim — a transaction

Live mainnet proof.

This isn't a demo environment. This is a real, independently verifiable transaction on the public XRP Ledger.

Request a walkthrough.

We'll send a full video walkthrough of the gate in action — real attestation flow, real decision record, real anchor transaction.

Requests must come from a company email address. We're not able to send this to gmail.com, outlook.com, or similar personal addresses — this keeps the walkthrough between VERA and the organizations actually evaluating the platform.
